Azubike is entering the 2018 NBA Draft without an agent, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

By not hiring an agent, Azubuike will be able to return to Kansas while still going through parts of the pre-draft process like the combine in May. Azubuike is an athletic big who can defend and get rebounds but he lacks much in the way of an offensive game and often gets into foul trouble. He'll have until June 11 to withdraw from the draft but would have to submit a written statement to the NCAA by May 30 to retain collegiate eligibility.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Azubuike provided 14 points (7-9 FG, 0-2 FT) and 11 rebounds before fouling out of the win over Clemson on Friday in the NCAA Tournament.

Azubuike returned to the starting lineup after coming off the bench against Seton Hall. He probably would have played more than 25 minutes if fouls were not an issue. The Jayhawk center will be tested mightily on Sunday against Duke and its excellent frontcourt.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

As expected, Azubuike is in the starting five for Friday's Sweet 16 matchup versus Clemson, Zach Braziller of the New York Post reports.

Azubuike logged 22 minutes versus Seton Hall in the second round of the NCAA Tournament last Saturday, so his return to the starting lineup shouldn't come as much of a surprise. Mitch Lightfoot will likely return to a bench role for the Jayhawks in his place.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Azubuike (knee) played more significant minutes (22) with 10 points (4-5 FG, 2-4 FT) and seven rebounds in the win over Seton Hall in the win over Seton Hall in the NCAA Tournament on Saturday.

Azubuike only played three minutes in the win over Pennsylvania in the first round. Mitch Lightfoot started against the Pirates, but the 7-0 sophomore should be back in the starting lineup in the Sweet 16. He leads the country in field goal percentage at 77.5 percent.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Azubuike (knee) is participating in pregame warmups ahead of Saturday's matchup against Seton Hall, ESPN's Jeff Borzello reports.

Coach Bill Self said Friday that he hopes to have Azubuike play between 15 and 20 minutes. It does appear that Azubuike will play Saturday, but he's not listed in the starting lineup.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Kansas coach Bill Self said Friday that he hopes Azubuike (knee) can play between 15 and 20 minutes Saturday against Seton Hall, ESPN's Jeff Borzello reports.

This would be a significant step forward for Azubuike, who was limited to just three minutes against Penn due to a nagging knee injury. Azubuike logged close to a full practice Friday, which convinced Self that he'll be able to go a fair bit longer against Seton Hall. Barring any changes prior to tip, look for Azubuike to see a strong dose of minutes Saturday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Azubuike (knee) played just three minutes in Thursday's win over Pennsylvania in the Round of 64, notching one rebound and one steal in that stretch.

A knee injury has affected Azubuike since before the Big 12 tournament, but the Kansas big man said that playing in a limited capacity Thursday was "huge" for him, according to a report from Chris Fickett of The Kansas City Star. Coach Bill Self hopes that Azubuike can log close to a full practice Friday before Kansas takes on Seton Hall on Saturday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Azubuike (knee) took part in pregame layup lines but officially remains a game-time decision for Thursday's opening round matchup against Penn, Matt Tait of the Lawrence Journal-World reports.

Coach Bill Self felt good about Azubuike's chances of returning at some point during the opening weekend, but the big man's chances to return during the opening round appear to be rising. The Philadelphia Inquirer's Marc Narducci indicates that coach Bill Self wants to play the big man in short spurts, leaving Mitch Lightfoot and Silvio de Sousa to absorb the majority of his vacated minutes.
