Small has opted to transfer to Pacific, Jeff Goodman of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Small spent his first collegiate campaign with Oregon, playing in 36 games, while averaging 1.7 points, 0.7 rebounds and 0.6 assists over eight minutes per outing. Due to the current NCAA transfer rules, Small will have to sit out the 2016-17 season, but will then have three years of eligibility remaining heading into the 2017-18 league year with Pacific.
