Martin declared for the 2018 NBA draft Tuesday on Twitter, but he will not hire an agent.

Martin posted a massive junior campaign for the Wolfpack in 2017-18, racking up 14.0 points, 6.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.5 blocks over 35.6 minutes per game. He will attempt to parlay that into some good news from evaluators regarding his pro status. There's likely a decent chance he and brother Caleb go pro, but Martin could also return for his senior campaign in an attempt to improve his stock.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Martin spearheaded the Wolf Pack comeback in the win over Cincinnati with 25 points (10-20 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 4-4 FT), seven assists, and six rebounds in the NCAA Tournament on Sunday.

Martin is better rebounding, playmaking twin with Caleb Martin usually scoring more. Caleb was limited to 10 points after leading the Wolf Pack to the overtime over Texas. Cody Martin had his 9th 20-point game and will need to get ready for another slow-paced team in Loyola-Chicago on Thursday in the Sweet 16.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Martin (Achilles) had four points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals before fouling out of Saturday's 74-68 win over Boise State.

Martin wasn't expected to be available for Saturday's game, but progressed enough to come off the bench for 21 minutes. Martin is likely to return to his starting role at some point, but he could continue to play a more limited role against Wyoming on Wednesday, assuming he avoids any major setbacks.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Martin (Achilles) is doubtful for Saturday's game against Boise State and could miss Nevada's next two games, Chris Murray of the Reno Gazette-Journal reports.

Coach Eric Musselman told reporters that Martin will not practice either of these next two days and cast some doubt on Martin playing at all Saturday. Considering Nevada's injury attrition elsewhere, losing Martin for any duration is a significant issue. Josh Hall figures to stick in the starting lineup Saturday if Martin is ultimately ruled out. There's also the possibility of Nevada holding Martin out Wednesday considering the week-long break on the schedule that follows, which would give Martin even more time to get healthy for the stretch run.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Martin -- who was limited to 19 minutes Saturday against Utah State due to an Achilles injury -- was spotted holding a wrap around his right Achilles during Wednesday's game, suggesting he won't play despite being in uniform, Chris Murray of the Reno Gazette-Journal reports.

Martin's absence will leave a gaping void up front for the Wolfpack, who will be without a big man averaging 13.3 points, 6.4 boards, 3.8 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.6 blocks per game this season. Assuming he sits out as expected, Josh Hall, Elijah Foster and Halice Cook could see more minutes for Nevada on Wednesday, while Martin will take aim at potentially rejoining the lineup for Saturday's matchup with Boise State.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Martin led the Wolf Pack with 27 points (10-13 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 6-8 FT), 11 rebounds, and six assists in the loss to TCU on Friday.

Nevada has dropped two in a row to Texas A&M and TCU after opening the season with eight straight wins. Throughout, Martin has been sensational with everything a fantasy owner could want. He is averaging 16.2 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 2.1 steals, and 1.7 blocks. The team will look to get back on the winning track in a week against Radford.

Martin committed to transfer to Nevada on Wednesday, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Martin transferred with his twin brother Caleb Martin to Nevada. Martin averaged 6.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.2 steals in 26 minutes per game. Martin, like his brother, will help fill the void of guards Tyron Criswell and Marqueze Coleman, who graduated this year.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Martin announced Thursday that he will transfer from North Carolina State, CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein reports.

Both Cody and his brother Caleb announced Thursday that they will be leaving Raleigh for another program. Transfer rules dictate that they'll likely have to sit out for the 2016-17 season, but both Martin brothers will have two years of eligibility remaining once they are reinstated. Martin made 16 starts this season, averaging 6.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks over 25.8 minutes per game.
