Austin, who played for Xavier during his first two collegiate seasons, was with Vanderbilt for his junior campaign, but he averaged just 2.5 points and 1.4 rebounds across 11.0 minutes. In what is likely an attempt to find a quicker path to playing time, Austin will now head to his third college program, confirming Monday that he's set to attend Central Michigan for his senior season. With Austin having already graduated, he'll be eligible immediately for Central Michigan and will likely look to earn his way into the regular rotation once practices start up again in the fall.
