2018 Fantasy Outlook
Wand struggled with injuries in 2017, although he still managed to rush for 722 yards and six scores while logging 17 receptions for 145 yards and a touchdown in just 10 games. He's undoubtedly the No. 1 back on the Arkansas State roster, and there's little chance of Jamal Jones or Donovan Marshall to steal a significant portion of Wand's workload. Wand also reasons to benefit from a veteran signal caller, Justice Hansen, under center for a third straight season. If he can remain healthy, Wand looks primed for a 1,000 yard-plus season, as the Red Wolves figure to ride their premier back after ranking 55th in rushing attempts per game as a team in 2017.
