Gets second UFC victory with Round 2 submission
Asker defeated Hu Yaozong via submission (rear-naked choke) at 2:27 of Round 2 at UFC Fight Night: Shanghai on Saturday.

Asker came out with an obvious game plan to get the fight to the ground. He was very successful as he landed all four of his takedown attempts against Yaozong. He successfully dealt with a fairly deep standing guillotine from the Chinese heavyweight, and was able to land good ground and pound in both rounds. He landed 91 strikes over the course of the fight, virtually all of which were on the mat. In the second round it was "Silverback's" ground and pound that forced Yaozong to give up his back and ultimately led to the rear-naked choke finish.

The UFC is seeking a replacement for Asker's fight in Shanghai on November 25 after James Mulheron was flagged for a potential U.S. Anti-Doping Agency violation Saturday, Alexander K. Lee of MMAFighting.com reports.

Mulheron was immediately removed from the card during the midst of this announcement, which will give the UFC only seven days to find a replacement for Asker. It may be difficult to find someone this late in the process, but the promotion is holding out hope that Asker's fight will not go by the wayside. More should be known within the next couple days.
